DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall design, fabricate, deliver, prepare the site and install a temporary modular kitchen unit (modular) as defined in the specifications of Site Prep/Install Temp Kitchen . Project No./Title: 516-15-105 Site Prep/Install Temp Kitchen Work Location: C.W. Bill Young Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida. Estimated Target Completion Period: 365 calendars days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. NAICS 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing Size Standard is 750 Employees. Product Service Code 5410 This solicitation will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 3, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov. At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov .
