- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to procure live stream audio/visual equipment for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band (3d MAW Band), Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton CA, The delivery date is expected to be 19 February, 2021. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via Beta.SAM.gov on or around 22 January 2021. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: Small Business The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via Beta.SAM.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
