Description
DOCCT testing upgrade This is a commercial Single Source synopsis prepared in accordance with the format in�Subpart 12.6, and FAR Part�13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (2) and�13.501(a). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� �This is a notice for a sole source quote in accordance with FAR 6.302-1under North American Classification System (NAICS) code�541519, size standard is�$30 million. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for: � DOCCT tester upgrade. See the details below: � Refurbish and upgrade (IW & W10) the test equipment (TS-4528A/U, 9U ENC, 2 CH W/OEB, DOCCT/S, serial # 0192) according to part# VA-017000-0024. � Provide hands-on training at Hill AFB for a maximum of 8 students. � Provide training lectures at Hill AFB for a maximum of 8 students. � Provide training material for the lectures and hands-on training. Bldg 1515 Rm 131 Hill AFB, UT 84056 FOB:�Destination � Deliverables will be inspected and tested upon arrival Description of requirements:�See the attached Purchase Specification This is not a request for competitive quotes, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation.� Offers from firms will only be considered when it can be determined prior to award that the items being offered will meet the Governments requirement.� Award will not be delayed pending technical acceptability determination.
