Description

USDA Sole Source Notification for maintenance on various laboratory equipment as per SOW �to be used at the National Veterinary Services Laboratory in Ames, IA.� The maintenance agreement will run for 12 months from date of award. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory Located in Ames, IA, intends to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with to Life Technologies Corp, 5791 Van Allen Way, Carlsbad CA 92008.�� DUNNS 182158873, �under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).� No formal solicitation will be issued.� This notice is for informational purposes only.� However, all interested parties may contact the Contracting Officer listed below.� Anyone interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide equivalent consumables in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.� Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to sarah.c.schauf@usda.gov.� The deadline for the submittal of responses is January 29, 2021, 12:00 noon central time.
