Description

The purpose of this amendment is to: -Extend the Questions and Clarification request in Clause L-215-H007(b) in Section L of the solicitation from 7 days after the issuance of the solicitation until 5:00PM January 27, 2021. -Forthcoming change will on annotated on follow-on amendment. ____________________________________________________________________________________ This is a SOLICITATION for Submarine Preservation Services to support the Los Angeles Class Submarine USS Toledo (SSN-769).� The work will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth VA 23709.� The scope of services to be provided under this requirement include the typical work performed during submarine preservation and maintenance availability. The RFP number is N4215821RS004.� The evaluation of proposals submitted in response to this solicitation will be conducted employing a lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 336611 and the small business standard is 1250 employees.� This solicitation will be competed using Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6. The Government requests responses from qualified sources fully capable of providing the required services that are identified in the Perfromance Work Statement (PWS). Only attachments 1, 6, 7, 8,� 9, ESPECs and CDRLs are posted with this solicitation.� Due to the restricted distribution, all other attachments may be provided as a CD to the DOD contractors only who have the appropriate clearances.� In order to receive the CD, please contact Kenneth Dietz (Contracting Specialist) at kenneth.dietz@navy.mil for the specific instructions on how to receive it by 3:00pm EST on 21 January 2021. Responses to this solicitation are due by 10:00am EST on� 15 February 2021.� Please submit your proposal to kenneth.dietz@navy.mil@navy.mil as specified in Section L of the solicitation. The proposals shall be valid for hundred eighty (180) days (at minimum). Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available.
