Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN). This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) being issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office on behalf of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in Quantico, VA. The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office is looking to identify potential sources capable of meeting the Government�s minimum requirements for turnkey, stationary and portable (mobile) digital interview recording management system(s) that will work effectively in a variety of environments including: (1) NCIS field offices within both the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS); (2) within conflict areas; (3) on ships at sea and out of military vehicles, and (4) within other government offices. In addition to providing the systems, the Contractor will be required to provide for the installation of stationary systems, both CONUS and OCONUS, as well as warranty and program management support for all systems. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 and the small business standard is 500 employees. Attached to this RFI/SSN are the Government�s minimum technical, operational, warranty and program management support requirements for the products and the support. Firms capable of meeting these minimum technical, operational, warranty, and program management support requirements are invited to respond to this RFI/SSN. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size and shall address a firm�s capability to meet ALL technical, operational, warranty, and program management support requirements found in the attachment. All information submitted will be considered although any questions/comments submitted will not be responded to directly. The submission should include the following information and reference N0018921RFI01: 1. Company name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address 2. DUNS number, Cage Code, business size and classification, and NAICS Code for this Supply Requirement 3. Identification of the stationary and portable (mobile) digital interview recording management systems being offered. 4. Demonstration of a firm�s capability to meet ALL technical, operational, warranty, and program management support requirements found in the attachment including the capability to provide for delivery, installation, and program management support services in both CONUS and OCONUS office locations, as applicable. 5. An indication if the item or service is available under a GSA Schedule contract or other existing contract vehicle. 6. Any information that is an industry standard including installation standards and/or warranties offered This is not a notice of solicitation. This RFI does not constitute an RFQ, nor does this issuance restrict the Government�s acquisition approach. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office. The government will consider and analyze any and all information received; formal responses will not be furnished; however, the information may be utilized in the development of the final specifications/PWS and/or Request for Quote (RFQ). Responses should be submitted to NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office � Mr. James McDevitt - Code 280.3J, via email: james.h.mcdevitt@navy.mil. Responses should be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time. (EST) on 27 January 2021. No facsimile responses will be accepted. The Government will not reimburse a Contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Submissions will not be returned. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the Beta Sam website (www.beta.sam.gov) and/or the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil) for updates to this RFI/SSN. ?
