- This is a Sources Sought notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives:� The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking to identify companies capable of providing monoclonal antibodies to dolutegravir (DTG) and dolutegravir analog (INI) for developing assays for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and treatment HIV studies. Having this capacity will allow the CDC to determine if adherence to HIV biomedical interventions is supporting a reduction in new HIV infections. The antibodies must meet the following specifications:� Line Item 0001 Monoclonal Antibody (Mab) Dolutegravir (DTG) a.) ��� 5 mice immunized b.)��� Seed into ten 96 well plates c.) ��� Top 40 clones select for expansion d.) ��� Send 30 clone sups e.) ��� 5 selected for subclone and cryopreserve for delivery Line Item 0002 Monoclonal Antibody (Mab) Dolutegravir Analog (INI) a.) ��� 5 mice immunized b.) ��� Seed into ten 96 well plates c.) ��� Top 40 clones select for expansion d.) ��� Send 30 clone sups e.) ��� 5 selected for subclone and cryopreseve for delivery Capability Statement/Information Sought: Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement, which shall include documentation of the ability to provide the products described above. The respondent must also provide their DUNS number, organization name, address, points of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., 8(a), HubZone, etc., pursuant to the applicable NAICS code), and any other information that may be helpful in developing or finalizing the acquisition requirements. Please limit your responses to five (5) pages. All responses to this notice must be submitted electronically. Facsimile responses will not be accepted. Please submit responses to Denedra Threatt, Contract Specialist, at DThreatt2@cdc.gov.
