- The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy), as the Department of Defense (DOD) Integrated Material Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services have a five (5) year requirement for delivery of pressurized Liquid Argon (LAR), NSN 6830-01-649-9659, Grade LW at Anniston Army Depot, AL; and Liquid Argon, NSN 9135-01-649-5576, Type II, Grade A IAW MIL-PRF-27415C, dated 7 August 2013 at Robins AFB, GA and Tinker AFB, OK. The vendor shall provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation and labor necessary for the delivery of requested product to Anniston Army Depot, AL, Robins AFB, GA and Tinker AFB, OK. Liquid Argon will be delivered F.O.B destination. The Government intends to award a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price Requirements-Type contract, on or about 14 May 2021, using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 4 February 2021 and posted on the Beta.sam.gov website at:� www.beta.sam.gov.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor Beta.sam.gov for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.� For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. �Only emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.� All potential offerors should contact the contract specialist identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns.� For questions regarding Small Business or Small Disadvantage Business affairs contact DLA Small Business Office at dla.energy.osbp@dla.mil or 703-767-9400.�
