- The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support the upcoming Regular Overhaul (ROH) availability on 34� Patrol Boat 0828 (34PB 0828). The overhaul will consist of structural, electrical, piping, mechanical and outfitting repairs for the boat, and boat trailer repairs.�� Typical systems which may require repairs or upgrades include, but are not limited to: Propulsion, Power, Command and Control, Steering, Fuel, Electrical, Communication, Hull, Structural, Towing, Anchoring and Outfitting.� Equipment upgrades, alterations and modernization will �also be performed.� Interested parties must have or be able to obtain: -a certified welder in accordance with NAVSEA T 0300-AU-SPN-010A -a certified Cummins Engine technical representative -a certified HamiltonJet technical representative The boat is located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville and can be towed via a provided trailer by the contractor to the contractor facility.
