Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Border District (SPB), Phoenix, AZ 85012 awarded a�Firm-Fixed-Price modification to BFBC, LLC, 701 Gold Avenue, Bozeman, Montana 59715, for the design and construction of approximately 0.46 miles of primary barrier with attributes in a location west of the Andrade, California Point of Entry (POE) and terminating at the western boundary of the Fort Yuma Indian Reservation on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 237310 -- Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000. The magnitude of effort is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. ***A SUSPENSION OF WORK ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THIS CONTRACT IN RESPONSE TO THE PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION SIGNED ON 20 JANUARY 2021 AND DIRECTION FROM THE DEPUTY SECRETARY OF DEFENSE ON 23 JANUARY 2021.
