Description

Provide a custom virtual platform for the Warrior Care Program (WCP) Conference/Training event that will mimic an in-person conference vs. a presentation only broadcast. Conference attendees must be able to interact at every level: during presentation, during breaks, in break out rooms and many other virtual places. The virtual platform must come with a 12-month license to host any additional conferences that develop. The purpose of Amendment 3 is to post answers to the 2nd and final round of questions.
