ASLCP Pre-Solicitation Notice and Draft PWS � W91CRB-21-R-0009 The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a requirement from the Office of the Chief of Staff, Army (OCSA) for non-personal services to provide personnel service and logistical support to the OCSA for the Army Senior Leadership Conference Program (ASLCP) in order to plan, coordinate, and conduct various critical CSA strategic leader conferences. A Sources Sought Notice was previously posted for this requirement on 27 October 2020, under solicitation number W91CRB-21-R-0009. This proposed procurement will be filled through full and open competition under NAICS 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training.� This solicitation will require cost/price proposals to be evaluated for award. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. After release of the solicitation, all responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge. This solicitation will be issued on the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued on paper. Contractors' requests for this solicitation will be performed through beta.SAM.gov (https://beta.sam.gov/). The on-line version of the RFP will include all solicitation documents.� No hard copy of this RFP will be issued.� Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation.� The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the beta.SAM.gov website on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/. Contractors are also required to complete online representations and certifications at the SAM website prior to the RFP closing date. The planned solicitation issuance date is o/a 03/01/2021; quotations due o/a 03/30/2021. All comments, recommendations, or feedback shall be provided via the feedback template attached to this synopsis. The government may use comments, recommendations, or feedback received from this notice to improve and revise the draft PWS for this requirement.
