- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), on behalf of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) TRICARE Overseas Program Office, has a requirement for program support services in support of the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Overseas Program. �The contractor shall manage and support approximately 39 WIC Overseas offices at all Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) sites that provide resources and support to members of the Armed Forces, civilian employees, and Department of Defense (DoD) contractors living overseas and their family members with WIC Overseas (nutritional and health) benefits. In mid to late February 2021, the Government intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR 15. �The estimated period of performance will be 60 months, including options, beginning 16 July 2021. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for the requirement is 541611: Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is R408: Support � Professional: Program Management/Support. �This requirement will be competed as a 100% Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) set-aside. The SBA size standard for the NAICS code 541611 is $16,500,000.00. �Only Small Businesses, under the appropriate NAICS, actively in the 8(a) program at time of award will be qualified. � To receive consideration, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM, https://www.sam.gov/SAM/) and have a current registration. This solicitation is by electronic means only � no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all amendments will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE), Contract Opportunities (https://beta.sam.gov/), which officially replaced Federal Business Opportunities (FBO).
