Ft. (ABOA): 543 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 543 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�1 Parking Spaces (Surface):�1 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�15 Years Firm Term:�10 Years Option Term:�0 Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor.� Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required. Offerors shall advise if the offered building is located in the 100 year flood plain. Generally, GSA does not accept these sites, however some Counties in Florida are exempt from this requirement. As such, GSA will review the location of the offered site(s) and determine if the requirement to be outside of the 100 year floodplain is waived.
