Contractors are encouraged to submit questions early. 888-844-9904 � Access code 3729256 ----------- *� The USDA Forest Service, Chugach National Forest is soliciting quotes for supply of one (1) 28 to 29-foot-long, by 9 to 10.5-foot-wide, welded aluminum, monohulled, Cabin Cruiser with V-berth boat package. *� Boat design shall maximize fuel efficiency over basic comfort while providing safe operations in Prince William Sound. Vessel will operate across open ocean in winds up to 33 knots. Boat requires shallow draft operation in three feet of water for the purpose of short-term beach landing to drop off and pickup employees. *� Contractor shall provide boat package meeting USCG requirements, American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) standards, and Alaska DOT regulations. All hardware shall be domestic 316 stainless steel.
