Description
1/25/2021 - The purpose of this notice is to inform Offerors within the competitive range that we will be sending Amendment 0004 information today via email and supporting documentation via DoD SAFE. The following documents�will be sent: SF 30 for Amendment 0004 with new PoP dates Updated Price Model Sheet Current Evaluation ratings Offerors are permitted to submit Final Proposal Revisions (FPR) for all Volumes. However, the Contracting and Pricing Volumes are mandatory.� FPRs are due 01 Feb 2021 at 1100 A.M. Local San Antonio, Texas, Time. Guidance on FPR submissions and other changes can be found on page 2 of Amendment 0004. If you are an Offeror that did not receive an email and link through DoD SAFE, please email corey.berry.2@us.af.mil and courtesy copy both monique.mclaughlin.2@us.af.mil and jackelin.guerrero_funes@us.af.mil. 1/6/2021 - The purpose of this notice is to inform Offerors within the competitive range that a Solicitation Amendment 0004 is in development and will be released prior to the transition start date of 26 January 2021. Amendment 0004 will shift the Periods of Performance (PoPs) for this solicitation and permit revised Final Proposal Revisions (FPRs). The Government will release the new PoP dates in Amendment 0004.�� 1/5/2021- The purpose of this notice is to push the post inactive date to 31 October 2021. 9/21/2020- The purpose of this notice is to clarify the previous post. The FPR close date of 14 September 2020��has been extended to 22 September 2020 due to open administrative items that require concluesion.� All Offerors will recieve an email either with an open administrative items, or confirming no identified open administrative item.� Additionally, this extension�applies to all Offeror.� 9/21/2020-�The purpose of this notice is to extend FPRs with a close date from14 September 2020 to�22 September 2020,�4:30 pm local San Antonio time.� This FPR extension enables the Government to conclude open administrative items.� Offerors with open items will be contacted via email.� All Offerors who submitted original FPRs�shall notify the Government prior to� extension response �date if they are,�or if not�submitting updated FPRs.� DOD SAFE links will be forthcoming.�� Please notify Monique.mclauglin.2@us.af.mil,�jackelin.guerrero_funes@us.af.mil, and corey.berry.2@us.af.mil no later than� 1 pm local San Antonio time�on 22 September�2020 on FPR administrative submission intentions and if a DOD SAFE link was received. 9/9/2020- The purpose of this notice is to inform Offerors the FPR Q&A's have been uploaded to the attachments section.� Attachment name: FAP FPR Q and A.� 9/04/2020 - The purpose of this notice is to inform Offerors that we have concluded Discussions. The Official RFP consists of the Solicitation FA805220R0002.� Supporting attachments are titled ""Attachment (number and�document name)"".� However, Attachment 19 (the Instructions to Offerors) has 8 attachments of its own titled ""ITO Attachment (Document Title)"". 1/31/20- The purpose of the administrative amendment is to unlock Column F in ITO Attachment 8 Cross Reference Matrix.� Beta.Sam functions differently between Internet Explorer and Chrome, it is suggested to utilize both browsers.� 1/29/20- The purpose of the administrative amendment is to include the omitted attachment 15 and to remove the watermarks off of ITO attachments 1 and 5 for the official RFP post. This is the official Request For Proposals (RFP) The RFP consists of Solicitation FA805220R0002, Attachments 1-24, and ITO Attachments 1-8; a�total of 33 documents. The FAP is a congressionally mandated program with The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) oversite to provide prevention/treatment of Domestic Violence/Child Abuse (DV/CA) for military families IAW DoDI 6400.1, Family Advocacy Program, and DoDI 6400.06, Domestic Abuse Involving DoD Military and Certain Affiliated Personnel, to maximize readiness. FAP promotes public awareness/prevention of DV/CA and allows for restricted reports; provides assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment (including abuser intervention) for families, intimate partners, and victims of extra-familial child abuse; and provides victim advocacy services for military personnel and beneficiaries. FAP increases the competency/efficacy of families; preserves families where abuse occurred; and collaborates with state/local civilian social services, law enforcement, and medical agencies to prevent further harm.
