- Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) requires the purchase of Oracle Enterprise Manager - LifeCycle Management Pack software support renewal for 69 licenses.�DFAS�already owns software licenses to utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager - LifeCycle Management Pack. DFAS has fully utilized those licenses and renewal is required in order to provide continued support for DFAS environments. The Period of Performance will be 02/28/2021 - 02/27/2022.� Competition will be�limited to authorized Oracle resellers.�A Brand Name justification will be posted with the solicitation.
