Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), San Francisco District is seeking to contract professional services to determine the extent of eelgrass Zostera marina in and around the Federal navigation channels in Richmond Inner Harbor and Oakland Harbor before and after the FY 2021 maintenance dredging episodes and perform light monitoring around the identified eelgrass beds when project activities occur close to them. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is total small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 541620�Environmental Consulting Services,�and the size standard is $16.5 MIL. Please see the attached Request for Quote Package for details.
