- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, intends to solicit quotations for Ostomy Specialty Registered Nurse Services for the Boise VA Medical Center, Idaho; estimated at 180 visits each year (when needed/called within 4 hours). A Performance Work Statement will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) number is 36C26021Q0053. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, and the small business size standard is $41.5 Million. This procurement is Unrestricted (both large and small businesses may provide quotations.) 3. The intended contract period is a 5-year period with no option years. 4.
