- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24621Q0261, will be issued on or about January 26, 2021. The Central Virginia VA Healthcare System (CVHCS), located at 1200 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, Virginia 23249 anticipates awarding a base plus 4 options FFP contract for continuous mobile laser rental machines assisted by licensed and credentialed technicians at the specified intervals and on the requested days surgeries are scheduled. The Base Year Period of Performance will be April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022 with four (4) option years. The lasers will be used for urology, ears, nose and throat (ENT) and general surgery in the operating room. Contractor will conform to all Veterans Affairs educational training requirements, medical documentation requirements, the Joint Commission requirements, and provide any data when requested. Interested firms have to be able to provide ALL the below equipment and fibers to be stored at facility. Item quantities and amounts are based off 12-month history/volumes.
