- SYNOPSIS: Cell,Fuel,Aircraft; End Item: Blackhawk PR 86839193is FOB Origin, I/A Origin. NSN (1560-01-530-1178) is a Cell,Fuel,Aircraft. This solicitation is for a quantity of�18 each.� Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: Meggitt (CAGE 56221) P/N: 2F1-6-42416-104. The required delivery is 177 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, critical safety Item, Export Control, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 2 February, 2021.
