Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures to procure Security Systems Services and maintenance�at Quantico Marine Corps Base.The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above�Security Systems to the firm of Kastle Systems LLC, 602 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042. The proposed contract action is for Security Systems Services and maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: The contract is for a period of a twelve (12) month base year from base year from 11 November 2021 through 10 November 2022 and two (2) one (1) year options periods.�A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 08:00 a.m (EST), 10 February 2021. Late responses will not be considered.
