SPECIAL NOTICE TO SOLE SOURCE: Agency: Internal Revenue Service (IRS) POC: Nicole Gordon | email:� nicole.d.gordon@irs.gov For: Subscription to Reonomy database The Office of Business Solutions Acquisition (OBSA); Treasury Operations Branch, intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with Reonomy for subscription services for two licenses to Reonomy�s commercial database. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has a mission-critical need to access the most up-to-date information on real estate transactions with real-time access the U.S. real estate market. Having access to this kind of information better assists CFIUS examine questionable transactions and contextualize them within America�s complex national security issues. Purchasing Reonomy�s web application will greatly assist CFIUS in completing their duties. Reonomy provides a map-based search function and access to over 52 million properties with indicators such as �likely to sell�, ownership information, and other optimal collaborative features.� �This will assist CFIUS to get better insight into real estate purchases, leases, and concessions.� CFIUS would also like to obtain a log/metrics for how their users implement Reonomy in an �Account Overview� portal.
