U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Jose Delineated Area: N: Interstate 280; S: Highway 85; E: Meridian Ave; W: Highway 17 to San Tomas Expy to Winchester Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,082 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,544 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: NA Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
