- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PANAPG20P0000021647_01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15.00M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-02-05 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be Natick, MA 01760 The ACC - APG Natick SPS requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Walk- In Cooler Requirements: The contractor shall provide a refrigerated walk-in cooler storage box with the following dimensions 20' x 12' x 8' 8"" with a new condenser and evaporator unit installed and connected. The quote should include both the storage box and condenser and evaporator unit as well as the unit�s installation. The storage box shall be assembled on-site. Specific Requirements: 1) Supply and install 20'x12'x8'8"" cooler with insulated floor, a 36""x84"" RSNE insulated door and TPO membrane roof. To be built and installed in a manner that will allow for a simple future conversion to a freezer if needed. 2) Wall panels: The interior and exterior finishes are 26 gauge white embossed Galvalume pre-painted steel. The insulating core is 4"" thick foamed-in-place polyisocyanurate insulation. 3) Floor panels: The interior finish is .063 aluminum diamond tread plate backed with 5/8"" thick plywood. The concealed exterior finish is 26 gauge white embossed galvanized steel. The foam core is 3-1/2"" thick of urethane insulation. 4) Roof panels: The interior finish is 26 gauge white embossed Galvalume prepainted steel. The insulating core is 4"" thick foamed-in-place polyisocyanurate insulation. The exterior finish is 26 gauge white embossed Galvalume pre-painted steel with tapered ISO over roof deck with fully adhered .060 TPO roofing membrane. 5) Door: One (1) 36"" x 84"" manual swing freezer door and frame; includes lockable hardware, neoprene gaskets, frost stop heater, interior/exterior kick-plates, and white embossed galvanized steel finish. Hinge right. 6) Install evaporator coil and condensing unit applicable for the walk-in storage box listed above. Deliverables - in accordance with the requirements: 3. Technical description of equipment to be installed to be provided with quote. 4. Invoicing: The invoice will be submitted online through WAWF. SOW Template as of 1 Mar 11.4. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, ACC - APG Natick SPS intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. ACC - APG Natick SPS is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
