This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07.� The solicitation number is W56ZTN-20-R-0004.� �� This requirement is under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 312112, Bottled Water Manufacturing with a Business Size Standard in value is 1,000 employees. The solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. OTHER THAN SMALL BUSINESS NEED NOT APPLY. Interested parties that cannot submit US Army Veterinary Command (VETCOM) certificates NEED NOT APPLY. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12, The Contractor shall provide all chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, technical expertise and incidental services necessary to provide bottled water in accordance with the attached specifications.
