Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) requires the filling of seven (7) propane tanks at the Hanover, New Hampshire facility. Three (3) underground propane tanks are Government owned as specified in the attached PWS. The vender is required to provide 4 above ground propane tanks as specified in the attached PWS. All seven (7) tanks require recurring filling of tanks that shall be monitored by awarded vendor and filled when the vendor deems necessary, not to exceed the contracted amount (AUTO DELIVERY) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the facility located at the US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USACRREL) located at 72 Lyme Road, Hanover NH 03755. See Attachment: Performance Work Statement (PWS) Propane Delivery Services CRREL North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is NAICS Code 325120- Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this sources sought is 1000 employees. Interested companies responding to this sources sought should include the following information: 1. Information describing the company�s capability to perform and past performance.� Provide specific information on relevant work the same or similar in size and complexity.� Include contract number, contract description, dollar value and a customer point of contact, telephone number and email address.� Identify whether your firm was a prime vendor or subcontractor. 3.
