Your response to this will be treated as information only. The information provided may be used in developing acquisition strategy, statements of work or objectives, and performance specifications.�� Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or to otherwise pay�for the information submitted. �Those not able to provide all preferred features are still encouraged to submit information on the features currently available in the products and propose an application schedule for those features that are planned for the future. The Government has a continuing requirement for biomedical research laboratory, vivarium, schedule 1 pharmacy compounding and related space for a lease yielding a minimum of ABOA 54,520 square feet and a maximum of ABOA 65,000 square feet. The lease term requirement is for 240 months firm.� The delineated area requires: Proximity to public transportation Parking for 195 spaces Efficient Space Layout Security [lobby, loading dock access, parking, etc.,] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability standards and meeting technical requirements per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease excluding metered utilities is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Based upon the EOIs received, the Government will consider market survey tours to determine which Offerors facilities meet minimum technical requirements.� Based on market response, the ability of the Offeror to address minimum technical requirements of the program with partial or full built out BSL-2 and ABSL-2 and Pharmacy Compounding space will be a key consideration.
