Description

The 436th Contracting Squadron at Dover, AFB hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Marvel Aero International, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government will acquire the services using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336413 with a size standard 1,250 Employees. The purpose of this requirement is to purchase the RF80-M Christie Charger and necessary components. This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil. Those interested in submitting a capability statement are requested to provide the following information in their response: 1) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, 2) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice. 2) Respondents may respond via e-mail no later than 05 Feb 21, 3:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) to SSgt Quintaneshia Reed quintaneshia.reed@us.af.mil; (302) 677-5226 and TSgt Christopher Castillo at christopher.castillo.5@us.af.mil; (302)-677-5233.
