- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order Integrated Support Systems, Inc., 936C Old Clemson Hwy, Seneca, SC� 29672-8061, (Cage Code: 0H7D0) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Fleet Readiness Center East aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to establish a contract to procure license software support for SLICwave software program for the V-22 program.� Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required services.� Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Integrated Support Services, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of this software.� THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.�� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
