- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment services in the Richmond, Virginia. area. These services must be provided within a 10 mile radius of the Federal Courthouse located at 701 East Broad Street, Richmond, VA. 23219 and within � mile walk from community based transportation. ��Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on February 01, 2021 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on January 30, 2031. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of Virginia and may be
