The purpose of this amendment 01 is to: 1. Add Site visit for Wednesday 03 February 2021 at 09:30 A.M. San Diego CA Time (PST). 2. Add FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit. 3. Add information regarding CDC COVID-19 Guidelines on MCB Camp Pendleton and ACU-5. A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday 03 February 2021 at 09:30 A.M. San Diego CA Time (PST). Interested vendors shall contact Michelle Muniz via email no later than Friday 29 January 2021 at 12:00 P.M. PST in order to indicate interest in attending the site visit. Email michelle.muniz@navy.mil. Site visit will be on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (Oceanside, CA) at the following location: ASSAULT CRAFT UNIT FIVE (ACU-5) DONALD COOK RD. BLDG. 31916 MCB CAMPENDLETON CA. 92055-5161 It is the contractor�s responsibility to have the proper identification to access the base. Please allow yourself ample time to arrive at the scheduled time. ACU-5 is located approximately 5 miles from the main gate. CDC GUIDANCE FOR COVID-19: MARINE CORPS CAMP PENDLETON AND ACU-5 ARE FUNCTIONING UNDER CDC GUIDELINES FOR COVID -19. USE OF A FACE MASK IS MANDATORY. FACE MASKS WITH VENTILATION VALVES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS. MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE OF 6 FEET APART. YOU MAY HAVE TO UNDERGO A TEMPERATURE CHECK AND ANSWER BASIC SCREENING QUESTIONS.
