- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations in CT: 4490 Main St., Bridgeport, CT (4,525 sq. ft) 581 Wolcott St., Waterbury, CT (3,816 sq. ft) 324 Main St., Ansonia, CT (1,258 sq. ft) 62 Main St., Ansonia, CT (544 sq. ft) 65 Laurel St., Unit 3B, Bristol,� CT (2,400 sq, ft) 61 Newton Rd., Unit 13, Danbury, CT (3,360 sq. ft) 1096-1098 High Ridge Rd., Stamford, CT (1,200 sq. ft) 231 Bedford St., Stamford, CT (1,400 sq. ft) 453 Winsted Rd., Torrington, CT (1,416 sq. ft) Locations less than 3,000 sq. ft will require service TWO TIMES PER WEEK. Locations greater than 3,000 sq. ft will require service THREE TIMES PER WEEK. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.� The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million.
