- Description
- This is a solicitation for the lease of a Portable Restroom Trailer�for the 314th Aviation Maintenance Squadron�on Little Rock Air Force Base. All work will be completed in accorance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum: In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete on the SF 1449, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature. b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Questions: All questions will be due to the POC's by 5�February�2021�at 10:00 AM�CST. Quotes to this solicitation must be submitted to all POC's listed and to the 19 CON Team 3 Org box at: 19CONS.TEAM3.ORG@us.af.mil
