- A solicitation will be issued for multiple End Items: Aircraft, Hercules C-130, NSN 1560-01-535-4212, Armor Supplemental, IQC 1000112540.� Delivery schedule is 78 days ARO.� NAICS is 336413.� This is an unrestricted procurement.� Other than full and open competition, potential source:� Foster-Miller, Inc., CAGE 30233.� FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination.� This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract.� Estimated Annual Quantities for a base period of five years with zero (0) options will be 16 each.� Surge requirements do not apply.
