- The Government has a requirement for certified and licensed Electronic Security Systems Technicians to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and install, various security system infrastructures, software applications, hardware, and software devices. This security system comprises the infrastructure that is deployed throughout MEDCoE facilities in order to meet security measures necessary to ensure physical security standards are sufficient to protect personal and government property. The requirement covers Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston proper, and Camp Bullis, a sub-installation of JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. NOTE!
