Description

Offers must be submitted electronically through the Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform (RSAP), located at https://lop.gsa.gov/rsap/. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Fort Lauderdale Delineated Area: North: NW 4th Street South: Las Olas Boulevard East: US-1 West: Brickell Avenue 7,535 ABOA SF MIN/MAX Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Full Term: 180 Months Firm Term: 60 Months Additional Requirements: Must be walking distance to the Federal Courthouse Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain.
