Description

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS,�intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as�outlined in FAR Part 13 to Kinemetrics, Inc. to procure Ten (10) Kinemetrics ETNA2�Accelerographs.�Kinemetrics brand�products are required to replace current end of life units and to�ensure�compatibility with existing features and ensure data integrity.�Kinemetrics, Inc. is the only vendor that can provide Kinemetrics�manufactured components. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation�document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in�responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with�sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar�product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will� be�considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not�to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely�within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may electronically�submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide the needed services to�Reginald.J.Bryant@usace.army.mil. Responses must be received by the closing date and time of this notice to�be considered. Oral communications will not be accepted.
