- U.S. GOVERNMENT 9CA3226 Presolicitation General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Glendale Delineated Area: North � Glenoaks Blvd West � Central Ave / SR-134 / Columbus Ave / Pioneer Dr / Central Ave /Wilson Ave / Columbus Ave South � Elk Ave East � Glendale Ave / Wilson Ave / Maryland Ave / Maryland Pl / Louise St Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,237 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,390 Space Type: Office On-site Parking: 5 �spaces for agency vehicles and available public parking for visitors Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Renewal Option: 2 years Additional Building and Location Requirements: Space to be located in a new/modern office building with professional appearance. Space to be located above the ground floor and have exterior windows Normal business hours:� Monday-Friday, 8:00a to 6:00p Building Access 24 hours per day / 7 days per week Access to public parking within 1,000 walkable linear feet from the building main entrance Access to public transportation within 1,000 walkable linear feet from the building main entrance Access to amenities and hotel/motel facilities within 2,580 walkable linear feet from the building main entrance Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Glendale, CA that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
