Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) � Fort Eustis anticipates awarding a competitive construction Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Fort Benning Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Georgia. This Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) will be used to provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, and new and minor construction work, as well as design-build projects on real property to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning, GA/AL. The anticipated period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated solicitation posting date will be on or about 12 Feburary 2021.� The applicable NAICS code is 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which a small business size standard is $36.5M.� This requirement will be a 100% Woman Owned Small Business set-aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.� All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via https://beta.SAM.gov. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions and recommendations on how the anticipated solicitation can support industry better is strongly recommended. All questions will be answered when the ACTUAL SOLICITATION Questioning Period closes. All questions and recommendations MUST be submitted in writing to Ms. Devane� L.
