- Solicitation for End Item: M-1 ABRAMS TANK, NSN 6615-01-078-3844, PR 0087097551, Gyroscope, Displacement with Part Number 12281221.�� This is an Unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 36 each.� This is a Critical Application Item; NAICS 334511. Potential source: Kearfott Corporation, CAGE 05088. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 180 days ADO.� Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� The request is for a written proposal.� Please submit offers to email Cynthia.Jones@dla.mil.� OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.� ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is on or about February 16, 2021.� The closing date will be on or about March 16, 2021.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award.� Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
