- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a contract for � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75D301-21-Q-72818 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. No telephone requests of the solicitation will be accepted or entertained. No questions will be questions will be answered via telephone.� No hard copy of the solicitation package will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210(Software Publishers) with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be Chamblee, GA 30341.�Offers will be due 1/29/2021 by 2:00 P.M. EST at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; OAS; Attn: Gary Morgan, Contract Specialist; Atlanta, GA��30341.���� Offers will be accepted by e-mail.� All quotes must be clearly marked on the envelope with the following:���� Solicitation# 75D30121Q72818, Attn: Gary Morgan.���� All responsible sources that can meet the above requirements may submit a quote, which may be considered by the Agency.���� For contractual question or to submit a proposal please via e-mail contact Gary Morgan at gmorgan1@cdc.gov The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: This action is to renew 23 workflow licenses with 100 hours of support for one year. This allows fellowship programs to be able to take advantage of joining EFMS to reduce the fellowship application processing time, associated cost, policy compliant acceptance of applications, evaluation of CV's and management of candidate fellows, as follows:�� 0001 Wisehive Zengine, Workflow Licenses for STOP 1 Each 0002 Support 100 Each 0003 Wisehive Zengine,Workflow, Workflow Licenses for STOP 22 Each Wizehive licenses and support hours allows CDC to take advantage of joining EFMS to reduce the fellowship application processing time, associated cost, policy compliant acceptance of applications, evaluation of CV's and management of candidate fellows.� WizeHive Zengine developed and supports multiple program workflow functions and processes to include CGH�s GID-STOP and CSELS� EFMS.� Additional licensing is needed to re-use current workflows and add seven(7) further program activities for fellowship management and/or accreditation.� The existing WizeHive solution offers an enterprise solution that facilitates quick development for additional C/I/O needs within CDC. �There are other systems for fellowship and grants management but to use them would require dropping the developed WizeHive workflow solution and pay an implementer approximately $60,000 to $120,000 to develop a new workflow in another system and then buy workflow licenses for that system.� WizeHive is an economical enterprise solution for management of fellowships and grants based on Presidential mandates to consolidate like solutions into the Cloud. No other vendors sell this product.� There are no re-sellers.� Only WizeHive Zengine workflow licenses will work on WizeHive developed workflows on the WizeHive platform. The reuse of already developed workflows in WizeHive decreases the development cost of new programs joining this enterprise solution.�� The Vendor will provide the software licenses for this Wizehive renewal. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or ""gray market"" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
