Description
Request for Information National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (NC-PTSD), Dissemination and Implementation Science Division at the VAPAHCS Menlo Park Division Targeted Study Recruitment Campaign for eHealth PTSD Studies VA-21-00021814 This is a request for information (RFI) only. It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort please note their interest and provide indication of their respective capabilities to perform the effort described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy and PWS. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. Be advised that set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided in response to this RFI. Responses should be as complete and informative as possible. Summary/Background: The Contractor shall provide web-based clinical research recruitment and engagement in order to recruit online and manage enrollment for the study. The Contractor shall utilize previously developed IRB approved outreach ad campaigns to reach the target population using social media and/or search engine advertising platforms. The Contractor will utilize a user-friendly, interactive study-specific participant recruitment and engagement platform (i.e., a study landing page) that is linked to the advertisements where potential participants can read more about the study, share with others, save the link for future reference, or take the next step towards study participation by signing up online or being redirected to download the study application. This landing page is completely developed, is currently live and IRB approved for use with this study and was designed for the study by YuzuLabs. Your response must address capabilities specific to the services required in the attached DRAFT PWS. It is requested that the contractors respond to the following questions: Please provide the following in your response: Vendor name DUNS Vendor POC List any federal contracts in which you are a prime contract holder, for example: GSA, NASA SEWP, CIOSP-3, and T4NG. Provide a summary of your technical capability to meet the PWS requirements. Small businesses should include intent and ability to meet set-aside requirements for performance of this effort, if applicable. Has the draft PWS provided sufficient detail to describe the required technical support services. ___YES __NO (if No, answer question below) If NO , please provide your technical and functional comments/recommendations on elements of the draft PWS that may contribute to a more accurate proposal submission and efficient, cost effective effort.
