- ACC-Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential capable sources for the Lead Plating Applications. The contractor shall be able to provide lead plating services to copper for the following dimensions: Contractor must be capable of welded or cast application 93% lead, 7% tin application to copper anodes. The application will be on a maximum thickness of 2-3� all around the core bonded to�a 3� copper conductor center. A �� max radii will be allowed. The rough dimensions of anode that needs to be leaded is maximum of 265� in length. This is not the overall length of the anodes. The Government requests interested parties to submit a response to this sources sought and company brochure (if available) as well as a capability statement for this equipment that clearly details the ability to perform the aspects of this requirement. All proprietary information should be marked as such. Responses will be reviewed by ACC-WVA personnel only and will be held in a confidential manner. Any and all information provided shall include a description of the proposed manufacturing capabilities. Submitted documentation will not be returned. Vendors should provide Cage Code, DUNS Number and identify if they are a Small Business Concern or Other than Small Business Concern for NAICS 331491. Vendor should also be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. ACC- WVA will only utilize the information you provide in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements
