- The Government is seeking industry feedback, recommendations, and best practices during the market intelligence phase of this effort. Please DO NOT provide generic capability statements; they will be deleted. The Government is seeking well defined responses with supporting documentation to assist with developing the acquisition strategy. All responses must be submitted via email to the contacts identified below. ***All information provided is optional; however, it will be used to assisting the Government in determining its acquisition strategy*** Description(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be used to automate the Government�s business processes, replace legacy IT (Information Technology) systems, and aid in the overall digital transformation of the AF/A1 portfolio. AF/AF1 manages the USAF�s portfolio of Talent Management technology and has chosen to employ agile methods to digitally transformtheir portfolio. Salesforce is a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) CRM solution used to support the transformation of several talent management systems and provide necessary capabilities required to support business processes and requirements for the future. SaaS delivery models offer a highly secure environment, enable tools to be available directly through a web browser with no software to download or hardware to install. The implementation of AF/A1�s CRM solution will provide customer engagement and human resource capabilities for Total Force, will improve Airman efficiency, and save time by reducing duplication of effort across multiple outdated legacy systems. Sought After Qualification�s for Possible Upcoming Requirement: This action is for the acquisition of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) licenses. The Government seeks the following Salesforce products: Lightning Service Cloud, Unlimited Edition: Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud is the industry leading case management Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. Service Cloudcan provide a 360-degree view of your organization's employees and their interactions with your organization's applications. �Lightning Platform Plus Restricted Use: The Salesforce Platform, Salesforce's world leading, trusted Cloud application development platform (Platform-as-a-Service �PaaS�), will allow your organization to build applications that achieve a 59% reduction in the time it takes to release a new application or feature, and a 44% increase in the number of new apps developed per year. Salesforce Program Architect: This resource is an industry expert that typically has over 15 years deep experience with Salesforce enterprise architecture within the industry.� They assist with alignment of business initiatives to applications, platform, and enterprise architecture. They will also help drive strategy for enterprise architecture, governance, roadmap, and design. Skuid on Salesforce with Premium Support: This resource allows rich extensions of user interface and design. Allows users to easily configure the interface, eliminating the need to write custom code. S-Docs, Unlimited Site License: Organization-wide license allows for drag-and-drop (no code) automated solutions for revamping existing manual processes with electronic document generation. Users can create PDF documents within Salesforce. S-Docs Premier Support: 24/7 platform guidance and technical support (provided by web, phone and case-based submission) for S-Docs. Grants users unlimited access to platform documentation, S-Docs knowledge base and detailed solution information. Flosum Release Management Solution: Software license that allows for scanning, packaging and promotion of application code. Maintains a version history and code repository within Salesforce. Moves relational data between Salesforce sandboxes while preserving parent-child relations. Flosum Implementation Fees: Covers ongoing vendor administrative sustainment, including adding, changing or removing platform administrators, setting permissions, etc. Checkmarx CX-VOLPROJ-3M: Allows for automated application code vulnerability scanning. Cybersecurity teams can scan code ensuring it is safe for deployment to production and safe for use by all enterprise users. Checkmarx Integration- All Suplanging CAPEX: Integration license for all out-of-the-box (OOTB) available integrations, CLI and APIS. Checkmarx CX-VOLPROJ-3M All Suplanging CAPEX: Priced per project; a project is defined as a single codebase that is maintained and changed over time. There is no limit on the number of frameworks, lines of code or number of scans. Provides primary installation of environment and projects.
