- NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A HUBZONE SOLE SOURCE Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a HUBZone Sole Source contract to GEO4S Technologies LLC for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) External Training Application (SETA) in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.1306 � HUBZone Sole Source awards.� The contracting office currently does not have a reasonable expectation that offers would be received from two or more HUBZone small business concerns. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The anticipated award date for this contract is March 2021. The Contract�s anticipated period of performance will be 12 months from the date of award. The solicitation will be issued under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 518210 � Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT The description of this requirement is detailed in the attached Draft SETA PWS (39 pages). ICE is not seeking responses or proposals at this time. However, HUBZone contractors capable of meeting the requirements identified in the attached Draft PWS may respond to the following questions: Is your company capable of performing the tasks outlined in the Draft PWS? Is your company interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement? Is teaming with a large business required for your company to perform the tasks identified in the Draft PWS? If yes, can your company as a small business perform at least 50% of the work? Companies who respond to this notice should not anticipate feedback regarding their submission, though an acknowledgment of receipt can be provided, if requested by the submitter at the time of submission. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Similarly, ICE is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this notice.
