Description

The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for the semiannual preventative maintenance and on-site repair service to their Hanel Lean-Lift Storage Systems. As authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i), negotiations are to be conducted solely with the following firm:� The Miner Corporation (1NZ04) 11827 Tech Com STE 115 New Braunfels, Texas 78130-5050 Miner, LTD is the only firm who is an authorized dealer of the Hanel Lift Systems. The solicitation will be issued on 29�January 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 3 March 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.�
