- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, intends to award �a sole source Purchase Order to Datson Corporation, 19 E Market ST # LL01, Leesburg, VA 20176-3004, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR PART13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The OCC requires subscription services for GSuites Software Licenses for the period of performance of April 1, 2021 through August 15, 2021. Google Workspace licensing terms and conditions allows for only one partner reseller (Datson) to host a customer�s domain on in it�s console during the committed�period of performance. Datson Corporation is the current holder of OCC�s GSuites licenses through the period of performance ending August 15, 2021 and therefore, is the only vendor to provide GSuites Software Licenses to the OCC. Datson is the sole source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; a solicitation document will not be issued. However, firms that believe they can provide a service that fully meets the Government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact within five (5) calendar days after publication of this notice. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a competitive basis, based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.
