The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to TSI Incorporated (Cage Code 24575) The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Tenant Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005 has a requirement to procure the following: Upgrade of the TSI 3160 Automated Filter Tester to enhance the Covid -19 response capability for the evaluation of filters/filtration media and other related protective materials, and can produce monodisperse particles ranging in size from 15-800nm. in support of US Army DEVCOM CBC Respiratory Protection Branch at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD � The contractor is the sole design, engineering, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and sole distributor of the above listed TSI 3160 Automated Filter Tester. The manufacturer must include the following: Advanced Aerosol Neutralizer (Soft Xray) Upgrade 3080 Classifier and 3081 DMA UPGRADE 3080 CLASSIFIER TO 3082 MODEL INCLUDES UPGRADE AND CALIBRATION OF 3081 DMA AND AIM3938 SOFTWARE Pump repair kit For the 8130 Vacuum pump 4 PORT USB HUB One day On-site Training or Service (2) Condensation Particle Counters The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334519. Posting date of this requirement is 1 February 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 15 February 2021, 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
