U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� CA City:� Camarillo Delineated Area: North Boundary: Hwy 118 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � South Boundary: Hwy 34 - Pleasant Valley Road � � � � � � � � � � � � � � East Boundary: Santa Rosa Road - Upland Road - Hwy 34 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � West Boundary: Santa Clara Avenue - Hwy 1 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 600 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 1,900 ABOA SF Space Type:� Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 0 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:� 10 Years Firm Term:� 5 Years Option Term:� 5 Years Additional Requirements: Must have a ground level roll-up, which must be no smaller than an 8� x 8�. Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot.� Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
